At the center of human development is an enabling environment for one to lead quality life as well as providing the opportunity for the realization of one's potential. The best investment in this direction is one's education and empowerment. Although no one can guarantee human happiness the process of development must address effort at individual level to ensure that no one is left behind. Okwudibie Alex Ndudi est né le 12 juillet 1978. Il est marié à Mme Oge Alex et a deux enfants, un garçon (Lifted) et une fille (Praise). Il a obtenu une maîtrise en sciences de l'information à Ibadan et une licence en bibliothéconomie et sciences de l'information à l'université de l'État du Delta, toutes deux au Nigeria. Il est bibliothécaire chargé des acquisitions à l'université Novena d'Ogume, au Nigeria.
