Nicola Krämer ist ausgebildete Zierpflanzengärtnerin und Dipl.-Ing. für Landschaftsplanung. Seit 1999 betreibt sie einen Versand für Pilzbrut und ist seit 2008 Mitglied im Fachausschuss Pilzverwertung und Toxikologie der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Mykologie (DGfM). In ihrer Freizeit gärtnert sie oder ist in der Natur rund um Hannover unterwegs.
